This was my very first set of dining chairs. I loved the shape of them – the curvy legs and the large curvy back. The only issue was the back of each chair was covered in rattan/wicker and was not in good condition. I cut out the rattan/wicker, which allowed me to reupholster both the front and back in a beautiful colourful fabric. Fabric placement on these chairs was a lot of fun. If you look closely, you’ll notice that none of the chairs are alike because of how I positioned the fabric. Also, the seats of the chairs each have four inch medium density foam that is covered in Dacron and lovely textured green fabric. Both the seats and the backs are finished in a custom double piping trim to complete the look.
